How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is that normal?
Yes. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show updates after your order ships.

Can I change my address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Returns

Can I return something?
Yes. You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Email us within 30 days with a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

What oils can I use in the Jellyfish Diffuser?
Any water-soluble essential oil. Add 3–5 drops to the water tank.

Is the Warm Nose Mask a medical device?
No. It's a comfort and relaxation product, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor first.

Will the Cat Nun Costume fit my cat?
It fits most cats and small dogs. Check the size guide on the product page. Always supervise your pet while they're wearing it.
